Organized in 1999, SEAUX- PIERCE Architecture is a professional corporation of individuals dedicated to providing high quality, efficient and cost effective building facilities to complement and enhance the environment. Chad Pierce manages the respective divisions of the company. He has programmed and designed a variety of facilities for corporate institutions as well as other similar commercial clients. Chad has extensive experience in large-scale facility programming and design, most recently having served as project architect for The Toltec Mixed Use Restoration in Trinidad, Colorado and numerous commercial renovation projects over the last 12 years.
