With each project, I apply specific design strategies to create innovative interior and architectural solutions. I am experienced with highly complicated projects to achieve project goals with accelerated timelines and budgets.
My interior architecture project experience includes project pitch, strategic planning, programming, schematic design, design development, space planning, furniture budget and specification, construction documents, construction administration, value engineering, occupancy and post occupancy client satisfaction.
I have served in many word award-winning firms in the states and working with talented teams and leading the projects throughout the process. I worked to create unique specific designs expressing identity, branding, and wellness by interior architecture. I deliver exceptional design solutions and excellent communication to promote a good relationship with clients, brokers,  vendors and teams whenever possible.

OTJ Architects, New York City, Project Designer

Project designer through programming, space planning, SD, DD, CD, G.C. bidding, CA. I was responsible for the presentation and communication with the client and other parties as well.
The projects I worked on consist of multiple landlords’ building repositioning and several historic building lobbies renovation crossing between DC and NYC. I created new building standards to attract new leases, upgrade building levels to target perspective of views of investment, scope ranging from 5000 to 65000 square feet. Most of the renovated units were leased out within 30 days after project completion and got positive user experiences.
As project designer, team up with architectural director, because of my strong design, efficient communication and significant value engineering abilities, we successfully deliver multiple complicated design-built hospitality projects including world-known bank stadium lounge, hotels, gym under the short timeline and critical budget requirements.
Collaborated with the external team, not only working with MEP engineering teams, DOB and client assigned management companies to deliver the projects, but also team up with external world-known design firms on landmark public projects to achieve common success.

Developed creative solutions for statewide, multiple locations, 12 million worth (approx. each) New York state public projects.
(Taste NY Welcome Centers) Responsible for project proposal, SD, space programming, DD, design presentation under the project manager and the lead project designer supervision, interior finish specification, FF&E specification, CD, CA and project completion coordination.
Responsible for DD, CD and bidding in several NYC high-rise mixed using buildings including Lam Hotel, Virgin Hotel, One Vanderbilt Tower Extend Scope - Grand Central MTA station renovation. My accurate communication and full awareness of projects to support and save tons of energy to deliver each project phase successfully within the team.
In the role of an architectural designer and developed valued solutions in multiple NYC schools architectural and interior renovation not only to keep the historical value of the existing building components but also upgrade existing space to ADA and NFPA code compliance under contract and cooperated with SCA
(NYC School Construction Authority) to provide a safe, functioning and up to date academic environment for NYC public school students.

Responsible for SD, developed the digital graphic presentation for conceptual space design and drafting initial CD for the media center at a state know tech University in Georgia. Organized and archived projects QA/QC standards, FF&E and finish specification from formal projects within the firm to create an accessible project library system for future references and tracing. I went along with senior designers and architects throughout the project, including SD, DD, CD and CA as the training candidate. Support design team and marketing team for business development by assembly design presentation, firm introduction and project information research.

Junior Editor for the business to business (B2B) and business
to the consumer (B2C) team. General writer for website columns. Promoting new products from various brands to the public so that to create conversation highlights to reflect the business brands. Coordinate with the lead editor to create the list from each seasonal collection to make decisions on products and brand exposures. Hold events and coordinated with all parties including productions, press, stores (e.g. JD.com, Alibaba), professional buyers, etc. to make sure events goes successfully. Vogue.com (China) was released online in 2011 and contributed much influence to future self-media development (Vlog, Podcasting) and online marketing/ business.
