- After signing the agreement, Samoo will prepare 3 alternate Master plan schemes collaboration
with Keating Khang Architecture as per the client request. For better master plan schemes Samoo
will input the best design power of its own including Samoo New York office design team and
Overseas design studio
- After Client selecting one schemes among them, Samoo will develop the scheme further reflecting
the Market Research Report provided by Client’s consultant to avoid abortive work
- While preparing the master plan schemes Samoo will review the structure of the ferry terminal
building in order to reduce the construction cost of the super structure with experience specialty
structural engineers
- Dispatching Temporary Marina Clubhouse design team separately when a Contractor for the
project is selected and performing the design by design build system with separate contract

Concept Design Change and UPC Authority Permit
- Performing Concept Design Change according to the selected Master plan scheme

Schematic Design (Detailed Design 30%)
