My name is Ruth Cabrera, I am 39 years old, and I am currently working part-time as the studio coordinator at an architecture firm in Glendale, CA. I am a creative, reliable, hard-working design student and employee, who can work well in a collaborative team environment or individually. I work well with clients and consider myself a strong communicator, presenter, and listener. My career goals are to continue my education, and to grow within the design industry while utilizing my creativity, real-world experience and knowledge, education, and people skills to benefit my employer.
Although I am a novice interior design student, I believe that my tenacity to continue my education as an adult, and my love for design, whatever artistic medium it may be, I am now ready to move into a new and challenging direction in my career.
