aluminium formwork for UP Awas Vikas Parishad at Ghaziabad worth Rs. 454 crores
Responsibilities –
▪ Drawing co-ordination – structure, reinforcement, services (MEP), design department (EDRC)
▪ In-charge of all finishing activities and package in-charge of flooring activity
▪ Quantity surveying, rate analysis and procurement co-ordination
▪ Shop drawings and related cost savings and work efficiency
▪ Quality assurance of all finishing items, co-ordination with QA/QC to maintain TPIs and MTCs
▪ Timely review of JCR, MPR, operating rates and quantities, changes incorporation
