Through collaborating on eight residential and hospitality projects with senior designers and the principal, I’ve learned the differences and practicality of the space in design. By using AutoCAD and Sketchup software, I’ve provided support on drawings and furniture layout. I have coordinated pricing inquires for FF&E department, as well as scheduled and participated in vendor and client meetings. I also made purchases though the vendors and dealers for fabrics, furniture, and accessories. During my internship, I gained experience using Studio webware for purchases, scheduling project timelines, and invoicing, as well as Newforma for organizing and transferring the project files.
