I am currently a student at the University of Akron studying Interior Design with a minor in business. My hopes are to graduate and move on to graduate school to finish up my years studying, learning and perfecting my interest and passion in Architecture. I will be a Junior this coming fall, and I have much experience in Sketchup, Autocad, Revit, and Shaderlight. I also am efficient in hand drafting and other means of design. I am searching for an Internship for the summer of 2017 to be familiarized with the environment of an Interior Design and/or Architecture firm. I am a diligent, steadfast, and a creative worker with great work ethic and yearning to learn more and more about planning, design, and functionality of a space.

At the University of Akron, the Interior Design program instils a plethora of skills in its students. We have indulged in the full conception of the programs such as Autocad, Sketchup, Shaderlight, and Revit. I have learned of the intricacy of space planning, lighting in man-made environments, hand- drafting, the history of design, contract documents, and specifications.
