I am an architectural draftsman of 5 years looking to expand my career. I enjoy outdoors activities and field work, but am also at home performing office work, especially drafting.
I value performing volunteer work and have spent a large chunk of my life helping out at various musical/theatrical performances, libraries, camps, and in college at AIAS-run operations.

Working as a draftsman for primarily residential R5 or R3 projects and limited experience with mixed use R3/B projects, with duties including:
Field measurement of existing conditions for proposed additions, alterations, and repairs;
Zoning and building code analysis for predesign of additions, alterations, and repairs;
Design preparation on select additions, alterations, and repairs;
Documentation and annotation of all projects including new constructions;
Production of 3D models and 2D color renderings upon client request;
Preparation of design documents for submittal;
And management of in-house design catalogue for client reviews
I also pick up lunch.
