I was part of various design teams that were responsible for the conceptual, schematic, and design development phases of building projects. The teams ranged in size from 5 to 40 persons. My tasks included assisting project architects with drawings, presentations, model making services, and administrative work when needed. The office environment trained me in being able to manage high workloads, tight timeframes, long hours, communication and coordination skills necessary in large teams, and the flexibility to adjust my skills to the task at hand.
