Young architectural designer dedicated to the profession and advancing my career and extending ones architectural experience and knowledge. Currently working towards completion of the ARE for architectural registration and licensure. Revit and BIM experience as well as creative problem solving, excellent verbal, written, and time management skills.

ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN:

• Project management experience of small and large scale projects from bidding to substantial completion.

• Effective use of Revit to produce construction documents, production drawings and review redlines.
• Knowledge of building materials, construction and engineering methods and strong attention to detail.

WORK RESPONIBILITIES:

• Manages and oversees projects from bidding to construction and through substantial completion.

• Conducts site visits and reports, documents progress of work and participates in OAC meetings.
• Ensures projects comply to code standards, monitors project development and meets contract schedule. 
• Communicates effectively to the GC, Owners, consultants through RFI’s, submittals and specifications.

• Team-focused, able to work collaboratively as well as independently and lead project meetings.

• Coordinates effectively with a team to expedite design responsibilities and specifications.
