•21,000 Sq Ft adaptive reuse for former museum to relocate to Santa Monica Place Mall by Frank Gehry. Included the addition of several digitally scripted and fabricated plywood multi-purpose rooms, gift shop, office and workshop areas, and exhibition design. Responsible for conceptual design, technical documentation, and scripting and digital fabrication detailing through DD and CDs to final IFC set, and for supplementing exhibition design development at all stages.

•1’753,500 Sq Ft mixed-use project master plan, for 1,500 residential units, with amenities, retail, and public open space. Worked within a team to undertake RFP for the conceptual design and early design development of the architecture and urban planning scope.

The Village Residences at Summit Powder Mountain, UT
•15,000 Sq Ft mixed-use building of 29 live/work - timeshare units, with grocery, restaurant, distillery, and speakeasy. Responsible for SD, DD & CD phases.

The Institute at Summit Powder Mountain, UT
•27,000 Sq Ft building, with multi-purpose main space for events, club house amenities, pool, and spa. Responsible for SD, DD & CD phases.

The Village Hotel at Summit Powder Mountain, UT

Historic Pacmutual Building DTLA, CA
•120,000 Sq Ft adaptive reuse project that consisted of the renovation and historic preservation of the main public areas, as well as the addition of new amenities, which included: a corporate center, fitness room, rooftop terrace, and elevator lobbies and hallways renovation. Also included a tenant improvement master plan for the all the office floors.
•Responsible for SD & DD phases to the completion of the pricing set for construction.
