• Led a team of four designers for the firm’s largest client – a major real estate developer commissioning work on hundreds of buildings across New York – to manage the gut renovation of buildings across the city

• Coordinated and managed the full renovation of an eleven-story Landmark building in Greenwich Village, including coordination with structural engineers, MEP engineers, interior designers, general contractors, and the Landmark Preservation Commission

• Oversaw training of new employees and interns, established new studio templates and standards to provide greater clarity on drawings, interviewed potential employees, and coordinated pairing of interns with project managers

• Assisted in overseeing one of the firm’s three studios, including pitching and preparing proposals for potential clients, overseeing the work of all interns, and strategizing to increase client billings
