MPM Studio is a small boutique style firm focused in hotel, casino and hospitality projects. My role and responsibilities currently include managing multiple projects at varying phases, client interaction, consultant coordination and project lead, in charge of the production of construction documents and am the project lead during the construction administration phase where I analyze bids, answer RFI’s, submit field sketches, review and approve shop drawings, attend construction meetings, produce meeting minutes and closeout the project by administering an architectural punch list. I am also responsible for assembling and creating presentation materials using Sketchup, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite. Some projects I’ve successfully managed are restaurant renovations; renovating, rebranding and transforming the Trump Marina into the Golden Nugget; along with renovating and rebranding multiple office locations for Southern Jersey Family Medical Center.

InterArch, Mt. Laurel, NJ, US, Project Architect

Interarch was a midsized firm specializing in branding and commercial retail. Interarch’s main client was Commerce Bank (now TD Bank) and was in charge of designing both exterior and interiors of bank branches, corporate offices and call centers. I worked as a Project Architect and reported directly to the Project Manager and worked alongside the head designer to develop the brand environment. I was involved with projects from the initial schematic design phase through the construction administration phase and projects were designed with very high precision and maintained standards with an eye for detail. I obtained an extensive amount of experience coordinating drawings amongst each discipline and during the construction administration phase reviewing and approving shop drawings along with answering RFI’s.

George Fett Architects, Yardville, NJ, US, Intermediate Architect

Fett & Foran was a small residential architecture firm specializing in residential and light commercial project. There I managed various residential projects that included new houses, additions, add-a-levels, commercial office fitouts, and mixed use redevelopment. One key project was 200 Whitehead Road at which was a 100,000 sq ft warehouse space that I worked directly with the client to subdivide into 20 separate tenants. Some of the tenants included a indoor Rock Climbing wall, indoor soccer court, person fitness gym, apartments and commercial office space.

The Prisco Group, Hopewell, NJ, US, Job Captain

I was a part of the Microsoft High School, School of the Future project located in Philadelphia, PA. On that project team that documented 162,000 sq ft ground up building. I came aboard during the planning process and had to develop submissions to all of the various city organizations. I worked between 50-80 hrs a week while attending night school at Drexel University. Another project I was involved in I reported directly with the Project Manager and was in charge of developing and documenting building sections, column details and wall sections for a large addition to a high school located in Mount Olive, NJ.

At 3D Architecture I developed my skills and were running residential projects under the supervision of the principal while attending Drexel University at night. Here I honed my detailing skills and expanded my knowledge of putting projects together for both residential projects and light commercial.

I worked for SBA part time for 2 years while I went to school full time. I helped survey existing spaces and draw as-builts of those spaces. I worked mostly in the schematic design phase blocking out elevations of residential projects and incorporating redline changes.
