I was brought on to coordinate the production of Millenia Alexan Mixed-Use. This project is located in Chula Vista, CA. Located on a 9.5 acre site, 23 type V three and four-story buildings will be constructed to include 309 market-rate rental units and live/work townhouses, commercial corner units, community center, a community pool, and pet park.

Note: Many of the projects completed here were publicly funded (HUD, TCAC, etc.) projects. I have great comfort in understanding accessibility code requirements (UFAS, ADA, Section 504, CBC 11A/B) based on project funding sources.
