As an Architect, I use my creative background and extensive-diverse experience in Facilities Management, Workplace
services and Project Management to optimize the operations of strategic accounts at their highest level. My perspective
is always focused to provide operational excellent by exceeding the needs and expectations of direct and indirect
clients with fast turn over and effective leadership, responding efficiently, taking the initiative to improve services,

Sodexo, Gaithersburg, MD, US, Director of Workplace Engineering and Innovation for NorAm

Support Service Operations strategy in collaboration with the Service Development team in the preparation
of Sodexo FM solutions for reopening in response to Covid-19 regarding HVAC guidelines, HVAC, UVC and
Sensor solutions to support our Technical Services portfolio across the Region.
 Work closely with the IFM leaders in all Sodexo segments on the implementation of innovative solutions. Lead
2 pilots in 2020: Schools- Condition Building Monitoring using drones Technology successfully implemented
achieving ROI results, identifying over $250K savings per location, 60% anticipate and solve of PM/CM with
the use of technology, accident prevention work related pilot on hold with Corporate Services for Predictive
Maintenance. Corporate Services-Predictive maintenance and electrical savings on hold.
 Performing life cycle services as part our Asset Management services with the implementation of Kykloud for
Asset Condition Assessment and future Capital Planning for Sodexo E&R account, evaluating, collecting and
documenting the condition of over 2,000 assets in office buildings and refinery sites.
 Lead the Space planning team for Sodexo E&R account, advise Senior leadership in best practices and valueadded initiatives in alignment with the new worldwide workplace strategy after Corporate transformation
including financial viability, communication and implementation plans, resulting in a fast roll over of projects,
strategy fit and planning execution, in progress for 5 sites and over 4,000 workspace moves in NorAm and
support additional sites in LATAM.

Sodexo, Englewood Cliffs, NJ, US, Facilities Engineering Operations Manager

Lead team of 15 full time union staff members of the Facilities Engineering team, General Maintenance and MAC team
providing exceptional customer services for the headquarters offices maintenance and operational needs. Managed
the maintenance, project management and operations department of the 1 million sq.ft. complex site with 9 buildings
(24/7 on call) with a building population of 1,000 employees plus a warehouse facility.
 Controlled and monitored electrical, fuel and water resources collecting efficiency records, supporting and
developing energy conservation measures.
 Performed life cycle process for asset management trough CMMS (Maximo software) for preventive and
corrective maintenance, in compliance with local, state and federal regulations, client and company policies.
 Implemented innovative solutions for predictive maintenance through Augury and digital technology for
internal communications with Team on the Run app.
 Participated in Decommission process after renovation implemented turn over punch list delivery documentation
for O&M, construction documents and asset validation, coordinated contractors, received and monitored IoT
solutions for AQ and lighting controls systems.
 Oversaw over $500 thousand in Construction repairs, renovations and renewal projects for critical equipment.
 Reviewed and managed SLA’s of 60 skilled trades’ contractors and service providers, including grounds,
landscaping and snow removal.
 Worked with Unit Controller in the creation of KPI’s, identified trends and created action plans to drive
improvements, revenue streams and costs. Managed an annual budget of $1.5M.
 Maintained a high morale and team spirit among staff with no turnover during a 3-year period.

Reviewed and developed construction plans, cost estimation, Biding, RFP, RFI, code review and expedite
