Worked directly with design principals to generate value-based design intent across projects ranging from small high-end residential scopes to large commercial multi-building campus projects with parking structures and landscaping (1000SF - 60000SF). Led production on design documentation during predesign, schematic design, and construction. Generated shop drawings and estimates using BIM technology for sister construction company. Coordinated directly with structural and civil engineers and other outside consultants to achieve desired design goals. Led production staff in seminars for training in Revit and other relevant software. Leaded projects from start to finish providing design support where necessary for commercial office designs in San Francisco ranging between 1,000-15,000 SF. Scheduled installations, tracked orders, produced estimates, and subcontracted labor on project basis. Produced schematic drawings and renderings in Revit for proposal packages, CD sets, and shop drawings. Discussed needs with client and collaborated with principal for solutions regarding egress, space usage, ergonomics, and custom furnishings. Worked as foreman for full service client installations, managing teams up to 5 people.

Designed, fabricated, and installed custom furnishings, signage, and functional decor. Using Revit, developed designs from 3D concept form to a fabrication model of discrete parts. Parts were exported to Aspire, toolpathed, and cut on in-house CNC routing equipment. Managed 1-2 workers for larger jobs. Tracked material needs and communicated with vendors for hardware requests as needed.
