· Years of estimating experience, spanning projects from small interior fit outs to multi-acre 
redevelopments.

· Cost engineering and assistant project management of the $90 million Viceroy Hotel in midtown 
Manhattan. 

· Project management coordinating design, architecture, bidding, and subsequent build out of 
interior creative office spaces in New York City, Washington, DC, and Chicago.  

· Project management of high-end retail throughout the West Coast at a design focused retail company.
