- Hope House on Crotona Park: Gut rehabilitation of two existing 3-story buildings with a connecting addition in between. This is a 25 bed therapeutic community, first-of-its-kind secure “Alternative to Incarceration” pilot facility by The Greenburger Center for Social and Criminal Justice. The facility will provide a safe but therapeutic environment for those with serious mental illness who have committed felony level crimes. This is a challenging and exciting design challenge and one, which will result in a safe, dignified facility that encourages successful rehabilitation and re-entry into society. Budget: 4 Million
