◦ Member of Agence TER and Team’s winning design for Pershing Square Renew, an iconic public park at the heart of downtown Los Angeles
◦ Among a multitude of tasks performed was the iterative parametric modeling of the long-span Smart Canopy structure responding to an existing underground column grid, a wide range of program underneath, and the city environment.
◦ Design and fabrication documents for staircase + railings, light fixtures and a high-end sectional sofa

Architectural responsibilities
◦ Iterative digital modeling of design intent for current clients or competition proposals, including drafting of exploded assembly axonometrics, material renderings and perspectival representations to be used for presentations and promotional purposes
◦ Construction drawing; project coordination with clients, Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety, contractors and subcontractors, fabricators, etc.
◦ On-site as-builts of existing buildings as accurate datum for renovation, later converted to a detailed 3D model used for spatial and varying finish schedule renderings

◦ Layout of a large 3-company office and construction bid sourcing; material sourcing, fabrication and installation of 80 LF of bookshelves for project and material folders
