Architectural Designer
Support Project Architect in design activities on a daily basis. Act as local representative for the companies’ major clients.
Walgreens Inc. (8,000 – 16,000 sf)
- Assist in survey, design, detailing, Bidding and Permitting Documents for various in store and free standing facilities in Puerto Rico.
- Attend weekly construction observation meetings, prepare reports of site conditions, and clarify contractor’s doubts about plans interpretation.
- Guard client’s interest and maintain constant updates of the evolution of the construction process.
Baxter HealthCare – Offshore Plant (100,000 sf)
- Organize and coordinate the production of construction documents for a pharmaceutical facility under the supervision of the Project Architect.
- Coordinate transformation of initial rough product designs into working documents.
- Generate the necessary drawings and manage communication channels with consultants.
- Ongoing experience producing architectural drawings with Revit Architecture 2012.
Baxter HealthCare – Guayama PR (10,000 sf)
- Assist in Program Data Collection, Construction Documents and Construction Supervision for: a new Environmental Laboratory; expansion and upgrade of Locker Room facilities; new controlled truck site entry to comply with Homeland Security Requirements; new employee parking; new heliport; cafeteria expansion and remodeling; new Infirmary addition in Guayama, PR.
- Supervise and oversee client’s interest during construction.
HR Real Estate Management, San Juan, PR, Space Planner
Space Planner (USDA and ASIS - Coca-Cola - Newell Rubber Maid - Lucent Technologies)
- Prepare construction documents and offices layouts for the location of tenants in various office buildings.
- Perform thorough exit analysis of space plans, review drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with entire project team including MEP engineering, contractors, security and cabling, and visual vendors.
JRA Architects and Project Managers, San Juan, PR , Junior Architectural Designer
Assist the Lead Architect in the design of conceptual site plans, exhibits for entitlements processing, and as built surveys.

- Architectural Designer for the development of bank branches prototype designs including conceptual 3d modeling.
- Designer for Turn-Key branch banks from conceptual design through construction services including the installation of security systems.

- Assist in streetscape upgrade design in Old Town area.
- Space Planning for the relocation of municipality offices in Historically Preserved Buildings.
