I graduated as a Bachelor in Architectural Design and Urban Planning in 1983 in the Central University of Quito – Ecuador. In 1992 I came to the United States and took several courses related to computers hardware and architectural design software, including the “AutoDesk-Kinetix CAD Certificate Program” in Pratt Manhattan in NY.

Since 1994 I worked in a few different Engineering and Architectural companies such as URS Corporation and DMJM+N as an engineering and architectural drafter, CAD production manager and Sr. CAD Designer. During that time I had the opportunity to collaborate with the project and CAD managers in different projects assisting them in their managerial, design and production responsibilities. I also have worked as a free lance architect in the design concept phase of a few residential and commercial projects.

During all the time I have worked in the States, I developed a profound knowledge  of Autodesk applications for architecture and engineering such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, 3Ds MAX Design. Architectural computer Modeling Rendering and Animation. I posses an extensive drafting experience in architectural and also civil disciplines, as well as in design and construction.

In 2004 I obtained mi MDCPS District Educator Certificate in the subject of AutoCAD Architecture and Revit drafting and design. I am a computer literate with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, SketchUp-Pro, Impression 3, most Microsoft applications as well as in XP professional and Windows 7 OS. I am well organized. I posses good communication skills, the ability to coach others, independence in judgment and decision making and very dependable. Bilingual, able to effectively communicate in Spanish & English (oral & written.)
