I am a results driven designer and project manager with over 10 years of experience in the architectural and construction industries. I have gained the theoretical skills necessary to participate in any design issue and the practical experience necessary to execute those designs into a buildable reality.
I have experience in leading and motivating multidiscipline team members to achieve project goals and a strong background in international projects in Latin America. My history of completing projects from Pre-design through construction closeout in Spanish or English in different cultural settings and environments is extensive. As an owner of a small architectural practice I have gained the experience necessary to discover and maintain client relations, manage all team members of small and large scale projects and very importantly the skills necessary to resolve unforeseen design and administrative issues that occur during the lifespan of any project. I am a licensed construction contractor in Oregon, licensed architectural service provider in Costa Rica, member of NCARB (National council of architectural registration boards) and am presently on course for licensure in California at end of 2011.
