•Teach children from ages 7 to 12 about Shibori Dyeing and Weaving
•Maintain a positive attitude
•Demonstrate how to simply weave on a cardboard loom
•Apart of the Curatorial Team to put together the Children’s Art Show
•Lead along with Counselors a variety of art projects and activities

• Use of Floor Lap Loom to weave and warp
• Shibori Dying using Japanese resist dying and various clamp techniques
• Attended various museums, fabric and art stores
• Spokesman on behalf of the Design Team at Stir Splatter and Roll
• Made a total of Two quilts, six pillows, forty napkins, and seven weavings
• Installed Sol Lewitt pieces (Bands within a Square, Wall Drawings #1033 and #1034)
• Quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Executing the Concepts of Artist Sol LeWitt: A Lesson in Critical Thinking for New York City Teens (March 2015)
• Worked Alongside Sol Lewitt’s Draftsman Sarah Heinemann and Takeshi Arita.
• Worked with Artist Saya Woolfalk for a small team project at Stir Splatter and Roll

• Paint Homeless Shelters for revitalization and recognition for the organization
• Greet over thirty volunteers per day in a friendly respectful manner
• Promote and explain the take on as a commercial painter and its benefits
• Demonstrate how to properly paint, and wash paint appliances and tools
• Learn about the history of a variety of weaving techniques
• Taught Hi-Tech computer skills on art
• Create Summer Design Studio Art
• Lead weekly workshops for guidance and counseling
• Teach younger volunteers how to properly paint
• Encourage the volunteers to join with Publicolor for more opportunities.
