I am an entrepreneur and designer from Chicago. After a successful career in real estate speculation, I earned a Master of Architecture from Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture Preservation and Planning. Since graduation, I have worked as a runway and venue designer for New York Fashion Week, a freelance interior designer, and most recently- I was a project manager and architectural designer at a real estate development firm.
I have experience in all phases of projects including pre-development, zoning analysis, schematic design, construction documents, shop drawing coordination, cost estimating, bidding and contract negotiation, lighting and material specification, staging, and project management. My specialties also include New York City-based real estate development, as well as rendering, visualization and a keen eye for high end detailing.
I wish to build upon my experiences to create work more closely aligned with my personal aesthetic that carries more resonance. I am seeking to collaborate with firms dedicated to the "Feels" of a space rather than the Fiscal. I am continually growing as a designer and would like to collaborate with a firm of like minded innovators and creators.
