• Analyzed the Architectural Plans vs. the Corradi manufacturer’s instructions in order to generate a system for the installation in site of Retractable Canvases. The system consisted of 8 types of Retractable canvas that integrated into an existing metal structure, set in place on the outdoor food court of the Mall of San Juan.
• Coordinated and developed the Shop Drawings (using AutoCAD 2014) for the fabrication and installation of the “Pergotenda Iridium”, located in the West and East canopies of the “Mall of San Juan”.
• Inspected and elaborated the details in the Shop Drawings.

• Designed the new commercial premises for the company, integrated to the existing JDN warehouse. The design included a Showroom & Meeting area, Office, Storage & Repair room (1,000sf).
• Designed the interior architectural details for the new facilities. This included the integration of an intelligent LED lighting system and a complete woodwork that showcases up to 4 Vending Machines.
• Developed the Architectural Plans and 3D visualizations of the New Facilities, along with the client’s presentations, using AutoCAD 2014, SketchUp and Artlantis Studio.
• Coordinated & delivered a Cost Estimate of 15K approx. (Materials & Workforce), for const. of the New Facilities.
• Developed the first Fire Escape plan for the warehouse of JDN, in compliance to the Fire Dept. regulations.

• Transferred over 100 Architectural As-Built drawings of restaurants onto AutoCAD 2014.
• Developed the Fire Escape Plans for existing & new restaurants, delivering them in amounts of 60 per dates.
• Mentored new candidates for the position of draftsman.
• Recommended the necessary changes in order to implement the Fire Escape Plan within the restaurants.

Capstone (Dwelling in Wellbeing: Social Housing from its Interconnector Environment)

The aim was to transform the public housing standards in PR, in order to provide a low income home that offered welfare to its residents and avoided the stigma of being a dangerous and therefore marginalized community. The Capstone project worked on design strategies that contributed to the health, safety, comfort, image, accessibility and climate control. It served as a magnet of urban activity that was filtered and echoed into the different corners of the complex. The various activities started with the integration of the community on the ground level and progressed on the privacy scale until reaching the domestic environment. (See Project 03).
