Rice University, Houston, TX, US, Private Contractor for the Rice Building Workshop
The onsite construction of a design project of my first semester, 5th Year at
Rice University. Design began in September, 2014, and ended in February,
2015 to accomodate its construction through the summer months. The
project has offered invaluable insight into the complication of construction
and drawing.
PLP Architecture, London, GB, Architectural Assistant
A comprehensive year-long stay - between the B.A. Architecture and the
BArch - at the firm helped establish strong ties with the office, its partners,
and directors. While there, I worked on several projects ranging from
massive office-tower design to smaller refurbishment projects in London’s
core. Learned extensively about London’s strict aesthetic codes in its many
historic neighborhoods. Work also included site visits, client meetings, client
presentations, courier services, competition work, and collaboration with the
firm’s model-making and visualization departments.

and renderings, and comprehensive site photography and as-built
drawing.
Tighe Architecture, Santa Monica, CA, US, Design Intern

the La Brea Housing project and design layouts for the firm’s upcoming
publications
