• 127-03 20th ave project scope of work: Surveyed existing conditions of a
36,994 Sqft manufacturing building to be converted into a transient lodging house. Produced construction drawings for DOB approvals.
• West 14th Street project scope of work: Produced construction drawings for
three retail stores on 14th street. Involved in the Construction administration of the project, which the duties consist of review, track, and forward submittals and RFIs from all consultants.
• Aided principles of researching the zoning and building characteristics of various projects such as 2008 Westchester Avenue( Transient lodging house), and 226 Beach 101St Street (Transient lodging house)
