To receive a Master’s degree at Louisiana Tech, each student must individually create and develop a comprehensive building project in a year. In the initial conceptual stages of the year I was able to create an algorithmic logic in Grasshopper that would allow me to develop both the façade and its structure, and the primary and secondary structural members for the overall form together. I am interested in using Grasshopper and Revit together, because I think the two programs challenge the way the architects produce work and communicate with those outside the profession. These scripts were produced simultaneously with programmatic development and two dimensional drawing packets which had to conform to codes set forth by the ADA. I have an excellent knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Photoshop, and V-Ray, and some with Revit and AutoCAD, and can integrate functions and work flows between them.
Louisiana Tech University: School of Architecture, Ruston, LA, US, Graduate Assistant
I was employed by Louisiana Tech to run the Architecture Department's Prototyping Room. I assisted and taught undergraduates the proper usage of laser cutters and 3d printers, and also how to properly set up their files. Concurrently, I was in charge of maintaining and repairing the equipment and making sure all materials were accounted for.

Volunteered time in Louisiana Tech's innovation and entrepreneurship lab, where I oversaw the usage of MakerBot Replicators (3d printers), Wacom Cintiqs, an Epilog Laser Cutter, a three axis cnc mill, and vinyl cutter.
