Oversee project from entitlement, design development, construction documents, through construction completion. As a designer, prepare store fixture plan; attend local governmental agency and community meetings; coordinate with developer, landlord, consultants, real estate managers, construction project managers, merchandisers, store operators, contractors, and vendors. As a project manager, establish project schedule; manage general contractors and subs; coordinate with designers, procurement clerks, merchandisers, operators, architects, engineers, vendors, and suppliers.
