I am interested in the relational aspect of building something. I am looking for how the medium of architecture can transform everyday life as an intervention and divide in time. That what I participate in might be a true gift for those who it is done for.

Worked on two interesting Austrian housing master plan competition wins to bring the vision up to a Design Development stage. Tasks included, resolving the design of unit types through sketches, physical models, and CAD; and conducting elevation studies that led to an external elevation concept that enhanced interior unit plan layouts.
Produced a master plan acquisition proposal for a 230,000m2 neighbourhood in Toronto supervised by the competition team leader, which included a physical model, site analysis and calculations, and concept diagrams.

Completed Construction Documentation for Toronto City Hall’s Nathan Phillips Square Revitalization, a project which sensitively introduced a softness and civic programming into the modernist square. Developed construction details for the public space that coordinated existing and new construction working with consultants including landscaping architects, lighting consultants, and interior designers.

Revit modeling and annotation for Edmonton International Airport Expansion. Designed the new fixed bridges connecting passengers from plane to terminal from design options to 100% DD.
Gensler, Los Angeles, CA, US, Architectural Intern
Trained professionally in Revit, and subsequently contributed to the completion of a master plan 100% schematic design set done in Revit.
Achieved distinguished results for a Retail and Housing proposal which included a presentation, renderings, diagrams, and a physical model.

Thesis: Moments of Spiritual Engagement in Architecture
The writing meditates on six instances where the experiential dimension of architecture acted to transform life and being. The thesis was accepted with commendation and awarded the 2015 Henry Adams Certificate at the Waterloo Architecture for most outstanding graduate thesis.
