Coordination of DOB filing and obtaining filing approval. Construction administration including site meetings and field observations, submittals and RFI review, punchlists and project close-out. Management of multiple projects while supervising and mentoring junior staff and interns.
Projects include: Exterior restoration and interior gut renovation of Harlem townhouses. Exterior restoration of public schools. Reprogramming existing educational spaces at various scales from single classroom conversion to new building addition.

Involved in all design stages from Schematic Design, including surveying, study models, and 3D renderings, to Design Development and Construction Documents. Projects ranged from restaurant design to Brooklyn brownstone renovation and ground-up residential construction. Prepared presentations for Community Board and Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) as well as marketing submissions and articles for online publication.
