For the interim years between and during my permanent office jobs I was able to do freelance work with Jason Volenec, which included field surveying, drafting, and production of schematic designs and presentation work. Majority of the projects included design work for several NYC restaurants and bars on a as needed basis.

Being the sole manager of a penthouse renovation project on the upper west side of Manhattan I completed the construction set and coordinated between vendors, MEP and structural consultants. I also helped complete CD packets for other multi-million dollar residences and designed custom stone vanities for one of them.

I gained experience in metal fabrication, metal detailing and knowledge of Inventor, Rhino, and AutoCAD.

Working with the project manager of several renovation projects our team worked on CD and DOB documentation for affordable housing buildings in New York City. As intern I was also involved in surveying, master planning projects, design competitions and presentation work for current and potential jobs.
