He was the Consultant, and Chief of Technical Project for the custom-made facades and ceiling of the Parque La Colina Mall in Bogota, working with the largest construction company in Colombia, Constructora Colpatria, with designs by BMA Architects (Argentina), the real estate developer & owner Parque Arauco (Chile) under technical supervision scored by Gutiérrez Díaz.
Construction executed in less than six months with an allocated budget of 2.2 Million dollars. A total of 220 subcontracted persons and 12 direct personnel hired. He started the operation of the multinational company from scratch, beginning the legal, operational, economic and HSEQ policies.

Responsible for the coordination and management of international design projects, the manufacture and commissioning of facade systems and unique architectural finishes.
In charge of the management of several projects, from the bidding process, local budgeting, planning, site management, resource management, architectural and detail construction design, owner meetings, cost control, manufacturing, transportation, and supervision of the installation on site. He analyzed local contingencies and made reaction plans to address them in record time.

Trough its subsidiary for special projects Il Florino, I was involved in the delivery through the Procurement, Architectural Design (supporting the Master Concept design, General Architectural Designer, and ARUP's consultancy), Detailing, Manufacture, Scheduling and the whole installation phase & On-Site Project Manager of the envelope works using Marazzi Tiles.

The project is one of the biggest and most emblematic projects of the region in recent times. It was an enormous pride to have participated in the project as it was the first facade consulted by Arup in Colombia.
