Hi everyone! You can call me Niel. I am a BS Architecture Graduate of Technological University of the Philippines - Manila Branch and also a Board passer. Active member of United Architects of the Philippines.
Architecture is a natural choice for me. I have always had a considerable interest in architecture, ever since.
I've started gaining my key skill in my early 20's at CBE+Associates and have absorbed a great deal of knowledge regarding planning and designing. I've also had experience managing projects as Project Manager in a small Design Construction Firm with 3 years of work experience in construction.
Manages and supervises construction of residential and commercial projects, from mobilization to architectural finishing, prepare construction drawings and building plans encoding it with the use of Autocad 2015 software, 3D rendering presentations for clients so as to be able to better visualized the project along the way, detailed construction plans, schedule & material specifications and other allied field of service.
