• Drawing construction sets under the supervision of the architects.
• Developing schemes for studies about a site, including design, building performance, parking, building structure and egress and access route.
• Drawing entitlement packages for in-house design projects, including the plot plan, floor plans, roof plan, elevations, and sections, etc.
• Working with development team to find out the information about the site, such as the zoning, location of property line, setbacks, dedication for the site, floor area ratio, and density, etc.
• Working with leasing and marketing team to develop photorealistic renderings to pre-lease the showrooms.
• Doing renovation packages with architects and interior designers. This includes the interior renovation, selection of materials, furniture selection, exterior landscape, and lighting.
• Peer Reviewing design packages from outside architecture firms with in-house licensed architects to provide advice in revising the packages.
