The School of Architecture and Interior Design (SAID) at the University of Cincinnati prepares students for critical practice both in school and the real working environment. Our students engage with the principles, traditions, and requirements of building in all its aspects, interior and exterior. We are also under The Professional Practice Program, also known as cooperative education or co-op. Co-op provides 3.5 months of carefully planned professional practice assignments alternating with 3.5 month study periods. The professional practice assignments help each student in developing an understanding of human relationships and in learning to work with others as a team.
