- Manages the design department for their individual task for specific project.
- Prepares full package of working drawing
- Prepares presentation package for client.
- Discussing with clients to determine their requirements for the project and prepare project brief.
- Conduct site visit and measurement.
- Produces CGI (Computer Generated Images) using 3D software's.
- Calculates BOQ and Estimate
Projects Execution Department
- Coordinates all sub-contractors for the progress of work.
- Prepares all documentation for site coordination such as RFI's, Site Work Instructions, Field observation, Weekly Report, etc..
- Prepares all material sample for the Client approval
- Checks and revised all drawings submitted by the sub-contractors before the production on site.
- Coordinate with site engineer & other contractor for design execution.
- Follows as per QMS & making site visits to check on progress and ensuring that the project is running within the agreed timescale (If required)
Creative Studio LLC, Dubai, AE, Architect
- Conceptualize and designs depending on the type of project
- Prepares the schematic drawing (plans, elevations, and sections) from the designer’s sketch into 2D drawings.
- Produce base 3D model of the site development and buildings in for 3D rendering.
- Research related data for conceptual presentation of the project.
