I have worked on various commercial and high end residential renovation projects in New York City, such as fashion showrooms and corporate office spaces, as well as, new construction single-family residences in New York State. Working on several projects simultaneously, I am able to meet required deadlines, ensuring consistent high quality of deliverables across all project phases.

Duties consisted of developing and managing projects, with little supervision, through all design phases: from surveying and initial feasibility studies and schematic design, to bid and permit drawings, to developing and coordinating construction drawings with consultants, to construction administration. In charge of communication with both corporate and private clients, and general contractors.

Responsible for developing office CAD standards and resolving software malfunctions.

Work covered a variety of residential and office building projects and design phases: preliminary schemes and studies, working drawings, construction documentation, detailing, coordinating design documentation between contractors and with consultants, 3d modelling.

Worked on c.a. 700k sq ft commercial and 300k sq ft residential total building area.
