I am currently an Assistant Project Manager at Sharma Group Development; an ownership, development and hotel management company with a focus on boutique hotels. We recently completed and opened The Paul Hotel, located on 32 West 29th Street, which is a new construction, 50,000 square foot, boutique hotel in Manhattan. I have had the privilege of working directly with the owner on The Paul from Design Development to completion (TCO). I was involved heavily in the design process, bidding and purchasing, coordination between trades and owner consultants, and managing the development budget (hard & soft cost).

Prior to this position, I received my Master's of Science in Real Estate Development at New York University with a concentration in sustainable practices in construction and building design. While completing school, I was interning at Silverstein Properties Inc. working on a 60-story condo and hotel project. Some of my responsibilities included leveling bids, clarifying qualifications and assumptions, coordinating construction drawings, and contributing value engineering solutions with consultant input. I also have my undergraduate degree in Architecture with a minor in Graphic Design from Woodbury University, and worked over two years for Clive Wilkinson Architects: an architecture firm specializing in creating innovative office space.
