About 

Hello there!

  My name is Frank Squadrito. I’ve lived in New York City for three years now and have had a few different types of jobs but my experiences as a personal assistant and office manager have by far been the best and stand out as the field I’m meant to be in. It’s been a while since I’ve written a cover letter, I feel like I’m back in college!  But I’ll start by telling you about my professional experiences these past few years in New York.

  When I first moved to the city after college I worked as a bartender in SoHo until I was offered a job as a personal butler.  Never in a million years did I think I’d ever be a butler for a billionaire and his family, but it happened and it was an incredible experience.  As a butler I was responsible for the client’s every day schedule and oversaw the entire property and all staff including chefs, nannies, housekeepers, drivers, security, etc.  Though my title was head butler, not event planner, my job included planning all kinds of events on the property such as dinners, small cocktail parties and concerts.  It was persistence and attention to detail that led to my success in this position.  My role as a butler, unfortunately, was seasonal.  Although at the end they offered me a full-time position I declined it for a different position as a personal assistant and house manager for a different private client.

  Much like my job as head butler my role as the house manager required planning and overseeing all aspects of the household including creating and maintaining the schedule of the house.  This was a great position and I loved the client however she suddenly fell very ill and no longer needed my assistance as she required a full-time aid.  I was eventually laid off and was unemployed until I was offered my current job.    

   I’m currently the Executive Assistant to an interior designer.  I’m responsible for his schedule, finances, client meetings and presentations, as well as all travel planning for him and the entire office of designers.  This is a great job but for several reasons I'm currently looking for other positions.
