Having grown up on the rocky coast of North Finland I’m Finnish by heart, but with my curiosity about learning alternative ways of working and for the love of the city, I’m based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
I graduated in 2012 from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture with a Master of Arts in Architecture. My bachelor degree is from the department of architecture at the Technical University of Oulu, Finland.
As a visual enthusiast I soak my soul in nature, urban spaces and everyday beauty.
As a Finn I cherish my occasional solitude and am able to work independently but most of all I love teamwork with passionate people.
I love and enjoy yoga, running, meditation, sailing, skiing, skating, sketching, photography, nature, art, books, films and food.
For many years I was a professional athlete in the Finnish National Team in Athletics running 100m hurdlers on European level, 2000-2006. Over ten years of training and competing in a culture of high standards gave me a solid work ethic and a strong will to strive for what I believe in.
