Independent Architect of Residential and Commercial Buildings                                                                            

• Key responsibility to generate ideas and best solution for client’s vision over the final result of construction
• Perform project competitiveness and attractiveness within architectural sphere
• Setting main goals for construction team
• Managing the process of implementation of goals during the construction
• Finding resolutions to problems during the project implementation
• Construct and design object’s for interiors as an author of art objects
• Act as developer in process of building projects proposed by local authorities or private beneficiaries. 

Accomplishments

• Organised work schedule before and during the project for construction teams, including management of work and teaching staff for mastering art objects 
• Offered the final product of residential building to the families who’ve moved into the new houses designed and coordinated by my authorial projects
• Established strong relationship with private beneficiaries from Moldova, Russia, Latvia and Italy
