I got my degree and masters between the schools of Madrid and Chicago. My work experience has been diverse in location and scale: from small offices in the US or in Spain to the huge headquarters of Bjarke Ingels Group in Copehagen joining more complex working structures.
Learning from these very different environments has allowed me to not to be prejudiced about scales or tendencies. For me architecture is about compromise with the natural essence of things, with what they are really meant to be. Developing a particular skill, that may be tangent to the discipline itself, makes you stronger as a whole; when I build a movie sequence I use the same level of precision that I use to design a constructive detail.
