About

I am looking to join a company and team that will prosper and excel from my experience of over 22 years of service and project based management.  I bring a level of commitment and persistency required to attend to the administrative portion of project management.  I have been a valuable team asset as a Office Manager/Project Administrator Manager/DSA Specialist with NTD Architecture for over fourteen years.  As a Certified Construction Contract Administrator that works with the education practice group to fulfill project administrative, bidding, construction and DSA requirements. I have the knowledge to provide information, procedures and concepts that lead to project certification and to promote consistency between DSA regional offices and company protocol.  I co-lead the DSA Education Group as a correspondent by updating staff on all DSA regulation changes.

As an Associate and Office Manager, I provided the key leadership on all of the firm’s operations and administration aspects. My role of assisting all the Principals in promoting a uniform office structure and professionalism throughout all offices.  In association with the IT Manager, I assisted in design and facilitating the construction software that coordinates and tracks the construction projects office-wide.

My dedication to the projects and client relationships were evident in my career at NTD as a main contact for clients, consultants, state agencies, and project inspectors in successfully closing/certifying over 40 school projects.  I am proud to have certified projects for the Poway Unified School District, Escondido Union High School District, San Dieguito Union High School District, La Mesa Spring Valley School District, Ramona Unified School District, San Marcos Unified School District, Southwestern Community College District, and San Diego Community College District.

If given the opportunity, you will find I am a hardworking, motivated and driven individual that will fit well within your organization.  I look forward to meeting with you to discuss an opportunity to join our forces.

Respectfully,

Staci Ben Koussa
