Design Director for restaurant group owned & operated by chef Marc Murphy.
- Coordinated all construction projects during my tenure, which included the maintenance of Landmarc Restaurant at the Time Warner Center, the expansion of the Landmarc Tribeca location, the design & construction of the new Ditch Plains in the Upper West Side as well as the Ditch Plains Concession Stand at Brooklyn Bridge Park.
- Lead the design of each location from schematic through construction documentation
- Expanded material selection to further enhance and develop branding for each location
- Created presentation packages for new locations at Union Square Park, Hudson Yards and World Trade Center.
- Provided client with regular design and financial updates, worked with GC to ensure timeline and budgetary adherence
- Performed feasibility studies for new restaurants by determining best possible seating configuration to forecast profit margins.
- Prepared community board packages, reviewed leases & established construction budgets
- Issued RFP’s, reviewed bids, awarded contracts & managed staff of interior & industrial designers as well as project managers
- Coordinated all pertinent filings, inspections and managed each project through construction administration
