Designer/Drafter/Project Manager
• Preliminary & Design Development: Produce presentation quality feasibility studies for clients potential tenants, including proposed plans and elevations. Work in the design stage has included zoning analysis, renderings, client presentations and LOD drawings for lease’s.
• Contract Documentation: Draft permit & construction sets for commercial and corporate renovations and tenant fit-ups under direct supervision of licensed architect. Projects have ranged in scale from 3,000 SF tenant white boxes to gut renovations of existing buildings. Responsibilities include proposal review/coordination of mechanical and structural consultants, permit applications, value engineering with resulting redesigns and all drawing types required of a construction set.
• Site Experience and Observation: Perform initial as-built surveys, construction observation and final punch list walks.
• New Employee Training: Provide instruction in office procedure, perform drawing reviews and assign daily tasks as project lead.

Thesis Studio: A Search for Balance - An exploration of Urban Cohousing
• Explored ways to challenged the norms of residential living through communal program in a building complex expanding the role of circulation and shared space to enhance the living experience .
• Explored small-scale individual units (450 sq. ft. – 1100 sq. ft.) to balance total building size in response to communal program.
