variety of new multiple scale projects throughout Spain.

Urban design of Gatova’s riverbed (still in process):
- Study of the flooding problems in the nearby green area
- Elaboration of the project estimation budgets and schedule
- Writing of design and technical reports
- Working closely with other professionals like surveyors and engineers
- Producing computerized drawings and specifications for construction
of a new irrigation channel and park

Private residence in an attic:
- Identifying customer requirements and attending meetings on site
- Distribution design and CAD drawing
- Installation with automation. Coordination of technicians
- Construction visits until completion of the house
- Post production of the plans and rendering
- Assessing the impact the building will have on the local environment
(Energy performance certificate)

Project adequacy of a ground floor into a medical clinic:
- Distribution design and computerized drawing
- Understanding of all aspects of the design and procurement process
- Interior design (choosing coating materials and furniture)
