You'll find my skills set very diverse. Should you have a position you think would match my ability to market, train, develop business and/or take care of your existing clientele, please contact me.
With my children grown, I would love to relocate to a state with four seasons. I’m flexible. Since Orange County, CA is currently my home, I would consider a firm here as well. It would be my pleasure to fly to any of corporate location for a face-to-face interview. I am eager to find my new career home and to get started!
Since leaving my 4-year position as VP Client Relations and Business Development at Hatch Design Group (HDG @ www.hatchdesign.com), I have been searching for a firm that offers integrated services. During my tenure at HDG, I was very limited in that we offered only interior design services, had only one licensed office in California, did no LEED work, and had no licensed architects. I would love to have the opportunity to represent a firm with national and international offices, brand and strategy specialists, designers and architects, LEED AP professionals, and construction management services. Since my database of clients is vertical, it would also be wonderful to represent a firm licensed in 50 states and if possible, other countries.
My book of business includes theme parks and entertainment, resort destinations, national and international hotel brands as well as casinos and restaurants. Many of these clients have a need for retail stores within their projects. Building long-lasting relationships through integrity-based ethics and smart, strategic planning is, and has always been, my passion.
I am capable of seeking new clients as well as my own book of business. I adore customizing a presentation that is built around client’s goals and dreams and to then show them we are capable of delivering their expectations.
My background includes working closing with the contracts department to write a proposal that is then shared face-to-face in order to address any questions a client may have. Once secured, I enjoy overseeing their projects with the team in order to ensure no question goes unanswered along the way. I have found these techniques allow me to expand the original field of play into vertical projects across the nation.
As a LEED AP, I have always been eager to pursue companies seeking a LEED certification level. Therefore, this too would be particularly exciting for me as I am a definite advocate of sustainability. Please view my website at www.greenribbonproductions.com. This is a company I started at the front of the recession. I stopped pursuing work for GRP when I accepted the position at Hatch Design Group.
Should you have the opportunity to view Hatch Design Group’s website, please note that I created the design and content for every item. This includes the design of the website as well as all the newsletters and marketing materials. (The actual formatting work was done by professionals.) You may view my entire skills set in the attached resume.
Again, thank you for your time and consideration. I wanted to provide you with as much information as I possibly could in a cover letter.
Warm Regards,
Cynthia Ross
