About 

Jeff has the proven ability to manage design teams and foster lasting client relationships working on commercial, retail, mixed-use, and residential projects at a variety of scales. 

Jeff provides fifteen years of professional experience, working throughout the world with projects mainly focused in Southern California. With experience in all phases of project delivery, Jeff is proficient in AutoCAD Architecture, creating construction documents, permit drawings, and managing BIM models. 

As an emerging professional, Jeff is committed to personal development achieving LEED Green Associate, and actively pursuing architectural licensing. Jeff is a volunteer with the AIA Orange County and as a committee member of Canstruction Orange County.

Focusing on renovations, additions, and new construction, Jeff's responsibilities are to serve as a designer and liaison between private and public agencies, such as assisting in permit processing and management of project timelines and completion.

In addition to those duties, he assumed the responsibilities of researching building and site information and history, city and county codes, new building technologies, and environmental impact.

Manzer + Associates has been a cornerstone in residential remodeling throughout southern California for over 35 years.
