About

I was born and raised in Manila, Philippines on the 25th of August 1992. My passion in Architecture started when I was in high school and has expanded in the field of Landscape Architecture after experiencing different cultures and places when my family migrated to Wellington, New Zealand. I believe having both experiences of living in these two extremely differing cities and cultures and with the guidance of the experienced staff and students at Victoria University of Wellington have further shaped my utmost interest in Landscape Architecture and Human Nature. I also feel that with these experiences that I am gaining and the people that surround me that I am more than fortunate enough to receive outstanding achievements and opportunities to showcase my works not just locally but also internationally.

As I move on in this career, I see myself as a designer who embraces multi-cultural disciplines in order to extend my knowledge as I develop my own Landscape Architecture philosophy. Currently, I am about to start the final year of my Masters and will work on my thesis that will explore and address the present state of the interstitial spaces in between large infrastructures in the cities and how we might use these spaces as places of possible future growth.
